Collection Counters
Every Sunday morning from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, a group of adult parishioners are scheduled to count the collections. Each week, a different team is responsible for the collection and the teams serve on a rotating basis.
Communications
Volunteers offer their assistance with our bulletin, web site, e-mail, and public relations.
Diocesan Programs & House of Charity
Volunteers are needed to implement programs such as the House of Charity, Bishop's Annual Appeal, and for parish database maintenance.
Finance Committee
Members of this committee assist the Pastor on matters relating to finances, taxes, accounting, investing, and banking needs. They also assist in preparing the annual budget.
House & Grounds
Members of this ministry help to care for, maintain, and repair church properties.
Office
Receptionists are needed in the Church Office during weekend liturgies and in the Parish Center Office on an on-going and ad hoc basis.
Parish Council
The Pastoral Council of the Catholic Church of St. Mary meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm in the Parish Office Meeting Room
